Fair & Transparent Policy
This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and service-related disputes when using Active Enterprises services.
1. Nature of Services
Active Enterprises provides on-demand roadside assistance services, including puncture repair, tyre replacement, air filling, and related support. Since our services are delivered in real time and at the customer’s location, returns in the traditional sense do not apply.
2. Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel a service request before a technician is dispatched without any charges. Once a technician has been assigned or is en route, cancellation may attract a cancellation fee to cover operational costs.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Payment deducted but service was not delivered
- Duplicate or excess payment due to a technical error
- Service could not be completed due to technician unavailability
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Service successfully completed
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Customer not present at the service location
- Delay caused due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns regarding payments, refunds, or service quality, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of service completion. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
7. Policy Changes
Active Enterprises reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
